MTS’ primary goal is to maintain its position as a leading mobile operator in Russia and the CIS. The Company seeks to take advantage of opportunities to expand its network coverage in the Russian Federation and other countries, particularly within the CIS.

In 2007, MTS continued to develop its redefined approach to customers through the promotion of its brand and the introduction of new products and services.
